From 2015, Directa has added to the tradable financial instruments the options on the FTSE MIB index (MIBO, put and call), of which it has initially allowed only the purchase.
From May 2019, it also allows the sale of the options: long and short transactions are therefore possible on all the MIBOs listed on the IDEM segment of Borsa Italiana Stock Exchange.
To trade the options, you can use the order entry form on directa's basic web platform or the optionRuler platform integrated in the dLite; the latter also allows you to compose and test trading strategies quickly and easily.
Prior authorization is required (from INFO> ADDITIONAL ACTIVATIONS AND VARIATIONS> 5a> Options), subject to a passing of a quiz to verify a degree of knowledge of the user on this subject to be enough to allow him to conduct well aware trading (as an alternative to the quiz, it's possible to submit a document proving a previous trade operations on options with other brokers).
